Liberals Gain, PCs Drop in NEW CRA Poll

The latest CRA Poll puts the Liberal Party as the preferred political party in Newfoundland and Labrador and Premier Dwight Ball as the preferred leader. The poll, released today, indicates a seven point jump for the Liberals and a seven point drop for the PCs.

Liberal Lead Approaches Double Digits

We now have an eight point lead over the PCs. CRA credits improvements in voter satisfaction for Liberal gains. We will continue to work hard for all Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, and unlike the PCs, we will build a better future for the people of our province.

PC Support Disappearing

CRA goes on to say there was an overall decline in preference for the PCs. It appears that Ches Crosbie’s attempts over the summer to manipulate the public into forgetting about his Party’s responsibility for the Muskrat Falls boondoggle have failed. His self-forgiveness ploy was first blasted by the media and now the people have had their say.
