Seamus O’Keefe, St. John’s Centre
Seamus O’Keefe has roots in St. John’s Centre that run back to his days at Beaconsfield High School. He attended Memorial University and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op). Following university Seamus followed his passion for sports and events management, upgrading his credentials in at Canadian and American sports-marketing programs.
He career includes being the former Executive Director of the George Street Association, being part of the team that brought Tim Hortons Brier to St. John’s, and having a hand in the St. John’s production of the East Coast Music Awards (ECMAs) Seamus is self employed as professional event organizer and employs several people. He is a fiercely proud Newfoundlanders and Labradorian who is motivated to make our province the greatest place on earth to live and work.
