Our 2025 Liberal Leadership Convention is coming up and we wanted to provide you with an update on how the weekend is shaping up!
On Friday, May 2, we will be honouring and celebrating our current Leader and Premier, the Hon. Dr. Andrew Furey.
Registration and a reception will begin at 5:30 PM with the main event taking place at 7:00 PM. We will hear some musical entertainment, speeches from political leaders, friends and family of Premier Furey, as well, a keynote address from Premier Furey. It will be a great night of celebration you will not want to miss!
On Saturday, we will have the official announcement of our new Leader and Premier.
Doors will open at 1:30 PM with the event beginning at 2:00 PM.
We will have some musical entertainment, a Q&A with both of our Leadership Candidates and the exciting announcement to follow!
Our event will be taking place at the JAG SoundHouse in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
