Dear fellow Liberals:
It is my pleasure to issue the formal call for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Convention, which will take place in person on November 18th and 19th in Gander. This will be our first opportunity since 2018 to connect and gather in-person with our members and supporters from across the Province as we work together to build a brighter future for all Newfoundlanders and Labradorians.
As Party President, I want to thank each one of you for your unwavering dedication and support. I also want to thank all past and current members of the Executive Board with whom I have had the pleasure and honour of working with over the past number of years. The Board is comprised of a team of volunteers from across the Province who are passionate about promoting Liberal values and improving Newfoundland and Labrador’s future. They provide oversight and guidance to the Party in organizational, financial, and strategic matters.
I also wish to thank Premier Furey who has been instrumental in engaging with members of the Party, District Presidents, and the Board since being elected Leader in August 2020.
To Premier Furey and members of the Liberal caucus: thank you for your hard work and dedication in governing and representing our Province. It is an honour to work with you all. I look forward to welcoming and meeting with all delegates, members and supporters and to thank you personally for the many ways in which you build and strengthen our Liberal Party. Your dedication and support is deeply appreciated.
